We respect the wishes of the finca owners as to who they would like to rent to. For example, there are very family-friendly or child-friendly finca owners (filter: family-friendly), but also those who prefer not to welcome children on their finca. Likewise, it is desirable for some travellers to know whether the finca is suitable for children or not. This is exactly what the filter function "Adults Only" is for. This classification may be partly due to local conditions, but may also be related to the experience of the finca owners.
The minimum age of all travellers on an "Adults Only" finca must be 16 years at the start of the holiday.
