What is the booking process like?

We are pleased that you have decided to book with us. On the website of your selected rural villa, you can make the booking, there you will get to the foot of the website, the booking area, via the tab "to booking".

There you can choose whether you want to make a binding booking or a non-binding enquiry. An enquiry is only recommended if you are not yet sure about the booking. You can also ask any questions about the booking or the rural villa under your details there, which we will answer as quickly as possible. Please note that an enquiry is not a pre-booking, as we do not generally offer this service. In order to ensure that the period you have requested is not occupied, you must make a binding booking.

This can be done simply by entering your details on our website. Please understand that for security reasons we cannot accept bookings by telephone. The main booking person must generally be at least 18 years old. Please note, however, that depending on the rural villa, a higher minimum age may be required. Some of our owners prefer to welcome tenants over 25 or 30 years of age to their rural villa, this information can then be found on the rural villa's website (further information).

What customer data is required for the booking?

For the booking we need your names, e-mail addresses, full address, a current telephone number and the ID number of the main booking person. Please make sure that your e-mail box is not overflowing so that you can receive our e-mails. If you are waiting for a response from us, it may also be in your SPAM folder.

When will I receive the booking confirmation?

When you complete a booking, you will first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt from us. As soon as we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with the booking confirmation as a PDF (attached) where you can also view all the details of your booking. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder again, as experience shows that our emails sometimes end up there. If you definitely do not find an email, please contact us, there might have been a problem sending your booking.

Can I submit my flight details later?

I have already booked my rural villa, however I do not have flight details at the moment.

You are welcome to submit your flight details at a later date, once you have booked your flights. Please enter your flight details at the latest about 5 weeks before arrival.

However, please enter your ID number and mobile phone number now, as the owner needs this information immediately.
