How can I change my booking?
Plans can change, and that's fine. We are happy to help you modify your individual booking.
Add travel cancellation insurance or rental car
You are welcome to make any other changes after you have completed your booking. For example, you are welcome to add travel cancellation insurance (RRV) or a rental car.
Changing the booking period
Particularly in the case of holiday plans, it may be necessary to extend (or postpone) your travel period. In this case, we will be happy to assist you with a change request to the landlord of your rural villa. To request an extension (or postponement), please send us an e-mail. A change is only possible if the occupancy schedule for the requested period is available and the landlord has agreed to the change request. Please note that the nightly rate may change in case of an extension (or postponement).
Change in the number of persons
After the booking has been completed, would someone else like to join you on holiday? Or can someone unfortunately not take part? No problem, we will gladly assist you in updating your booking. Within the limits of the maximum number of persons in the rural villa, it is usually possible to update the number of participants afterward. Please send us an e-mail with your desired change. The night price may change due to a change in the number of people.
Please note that the change of a booking cannot be guaranteed.
How can the main person booking be changed?
We are happy to help you change your individual booking. If you are the new main booker, please send us an email with all booking-related information (name, address, mobile phone number, and ID number). Likewise, the current main booking party must send us confirmation from the booking e-mail address so that we may transfer the booking to you. We can only change the main booking person once we have received written confirmation from both the current and the new main booking person.
How can I make a change of booking?
You have booked a rural villa holiday, but the date or travel year no longer suits you? Especially with holiday plans booked very far in advance, there may be unavoidable changes to your travel dates. We will be happy to support you in this case by making a rebooking request to the landlord of your rural villa. Please send us an e-mail with the desired travel period.
If you wish to change your booking to another rural villa, please check first whether the rural villa is available for the desired period. However, you may have to pay the cancellation fee for the old booking. However, we will of course not charge you a service fee again for the new booking.
Please note that a rebooking is only possible if the desired period is available and the owner has agreed to the rebooking request. Please note that the nightly rate and cancellation policy may change in the event of a rebooking.
