Towels and bed linen
Every rural villa in our portfolio is already equipped with towels, tea towels and bed linen. However, not all rural villas have pool or beach towels. You can see this information on the website of the respective rural villa under Included services. If pool or beach towels are listed there, the rural villa is equipped with them.
Can I smoke in the rural villa?
Every rural villa in our programme is a designated non-smoking house. Smoking is therefore never permitted inside the rural villa, but only outside.
How can ants be avoided on the rural villa?
It is advisable to dispose of rubbish promptly, as rubbish that is left outside the front door in plastic bags, for example, always attracts vermin such as ants. This is even more true in southern regions of Europe than in central Europe.
But ants also become active very quickly in the house - and especially in the kitchen - if any food residues are not removed thoroughly enough. However, ants are part of the normal appearance of any rural rural villa, even with the most scrupulous cleaning. However, should the problem become too persistent, please contact your local contact person immediately so that further measures can be taken.
How does waste disposal work during my rural villa holiday?
rural villa holidays are always self-catering holidays. This also applies to waste disposal, which on Mallorca, in contrast to Germany, is not regulated by a waste collection organised by the municipality at the property, but must be carried out exclusively at the waste collection points located in each village.
When you move into your rural villa, please be sure to ask your landlord or his property management where the nearest collection point is so that you can dispose of your rubbish there during your holiday. Please bear in mind that these collection points may be closed at weekends. It is therefore recommended that you dispose of your waste on a weekday.
