How does the payment process work?
A deposit is due on conclusion of the contract (receipt of booking confirmation).
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price and must be paid to Fincallorca within 5 working days of receipt of the booking confirmation.
The balance is payable to Fincallorca 5 weeks before the start of the holiday. You will be informed of the applicable payment conditions in the booking form prior to a non-binding enquiry or binding booking.
They are also stated in the booking confirmation. Bank transfer and, in the case of last minute bookings (from 6 weeks before arrival), credit card are accepted as means of payment for the deposit and the balance.
For credit card payments, you will receive an individual payment link from us by e-mail.
Are there any offers or discounts?
I have found my dream rural villa but it is not in my budget, are discounts offered?
If the landlord wants to lower his nightly rates, we mark this on the website. You can easily search for rural villas with a discount using the Offer filter.
We therefore do not offer any discounts outside of those advertised. If the advertised night price is too high for you, you are welcome to try again in the low season or with fewer people. Otherwise, as always, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we will be happy to find you the perfect rural villa to suit your budget.
Final price when booking
The total price in my offer is different from the price on the website, what is the reason for the price difference?
A difference between the advertised rental price on the website and the final total price in your offer can be explained by the fact that the service fee has already been included in the offer.
If you have also booked travel cancellation insurance, you will also find this price listed in the offer. In the course of your booking process, all additional services including prices will of course be listed so that you can see them.
Why are there price differences for different numbers of persons?
Why does the night price of my booking change when I change the number of persons?
Some rural villas in our portfolio have a normal night price and a "reduced" night price. The latter applies when a lower number of people rent the rural villa. Often, the landlord can then close off certain areas of the rural villa without affecting the normal use of the rural villa. In this way the cost of cleaning can be reduced and this allows us to rent the rural villa to smaller groups for a reduced price.
How do I get my deposit back?
You will of course get your deposit back after your stay, provided the owner is happy with the condition of the rural villa.
The refund is usually made in the same way as you paid the deposit. If you paid the deposit in cash on site, you should also collect it in cash on site when you leave. If you have paid the deposit by bank transfer, please hand over/deposit your bank details for the refund of the deposit on departure (refund will be made no later than 14 days after departure).
Should there be any delay in the refund of the deposit, Fincallorca will be happy to assist you in communicating with the owner. The deposit relationship is between the client and the landlord of the holiday property.
