About 5 weeks before your arrival, you will receive comprehensive documentation from us about the handover of the keys and the contact with the house landlord or their property manager on site.
This includes, in particular, detailed directions to the property or to an easy-to-find meeting point. In case you get lost or your plane is delayed, please contact the house manager; he will then help you with the way or adjust to your new arrival time.
At the property itself, the property manager will then hand you the house keys and briefly introduce you to the most important functions of the house. In order to make the arrival process as smooth as possible, it is important that you inform us of the flight times of your outward and return flights, stating the flight numbers, up to 4 weeks before your arrival. By now, some of our landlords have switched to a contactless handover by using a key box. Please see your travel information for details.
We will forward this information in advance to the property manager of your finca so that he can prepare for your arrival.
