Receiving your booking confirmation

How can I be sure that my booking has been confirmed?

When you complete a booking, you will first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt from us. As soon as we have processed your booking, you will receive an email from us with the booking confirmation as a PDF where you can also view all the details of your booking. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder again, as experience shows that our emails sometimes end up there. If you definitely do not find an email, please contact us, there might have been a problem sending your booking.
